VISECA EXTENDS PARTNERSHIP WITH FIRST DATA
Agreement secures strategic collaboration until 2016

Switzerland’s Viseca Card Services SA has extended its credit card portfolio processing agreement with First Data, a global leader in electronic commerce and payment services, for an additional six years.
Under the terms of the agreement, First Data will continue to provide processing services to Viseca for its cashless and card based payments to include MasterCard PayPass processing, short message service (SMS) messaging and PriorityPass.
With Switzerland’s second largest credit card issuer seeking further growth, it made sense to build on a proven and successful cooperation with First Data until 2016. First Data exploits its pan-European synergies and offers processing services on its high end, strategic processing platform providing Viseca with options for the future design of their card portfolio. Viseca extended the contract before it expired, thus confirming the success of the collaboration with First Data over the past years.
